We were free to walk round without mither. When we decided on the carpet we wanted Kieran helped us with our purchase and arranged a date for fitting.
On the fitting day we were kept informed by Terry( the carpet fitter) regarding his arrival time and he even arrived earlier than expected. Terry was very polite and professional and treated our home with care and respect. It's not a case of staff asking what colour you want and then bringing out samples from the back a batch at a time - everything is on display. The staff are also fantastic especially Kieran who has the patience of a saint. He helped us move samples to try and match up and recommended what would and wouldn't work for us without pressuring us for a sale.  Whilst we were in store we realised how far people were travelling to use Urmston Carpets, not just local people. Would highly recommend to everyone.
