  So definitely 5 stars from me. A couple of reasons, first they did everything they could to try and save me money in every possible way. Including someone coming out and showing me how to remove vinyl that pretty much had me in tears.

The main reason though is Tall Terry the fitter! He was absolutely amazing. I'm a single mum to an additional needs child and I work. He worked massively around me, was extremely patient and did an amazing job. My home looks incredible. If I could give Terry more stars I would!

  Urmston carpets very highly recommended, no pushy sales and Adrian in store was very helpful with good advice on stair carpet. Terry  who fitted stair & lounge carpet was very pleasant and did an  excellent job. Great service all round.
