Rob was patient, brilliant and took the time to talk through the different options from carpets to underlays etc. Having gone to different retailers on our search, we found Urmston Carpets to be by far the most patient with no "pressure to buy" on the day. Needless to say we ended up buying from Urmston Carpets and had our floor areas re-measured and fitted within a 2 week period!
