If you are looking to buy a carpet and have no idea where to start and are looking for great professional advice prior to ordering, then I would strongly recommend Urmston Carpets. Rob was patient, brilliant and took the time to talk through the different options from carpets to underlays etc. Having gone to different retailers on our search, we found Urmston Carpets to be by far the most patient with no "pressure to buy" on the day. Needless to say we ended up buying from Urmston Carpets and had our floor areas re-measured and fitted within a 2 week period!

I recently bought carpets from Urmston carpets. I had sized 1 of them wrongly but they had no problem with sorting out a replacement at a really good price. Had another great service from Urmston Carpets.  They have a good selection of carpet to choose from and also give good advice if you need it.
I wasn’t sure that I’d measured the rooms correctly but Urmston Carpets sent someone round just to double check.
The fitters were excellent, very quick and tidy and let me know when they were going to arrive.
